Track Resolution Question

I have something that I can't take my off of. When it comes to the textures of the car and props, and I mean all of them, it's fine. But the track (ground) quality looks nothing like what I have saw on the mobile version. I haven't looked through the discussions much, but I'm going to assume it's my graphics card doing this to help itsself.
