Weapon parts

just call me stupid but for the life of me I can't figure out how to make the weapon parts, such as the barrel and stock,ect. I made the weapons table and to my surprise it has none of the parts you need to make listed. Do you have to find them or do you make them?

I'm not sure if you can make these yet, I found a set on the shelf in the Military Barrack North of the Ruins on the hill.
