How to open the poison door

I have no idea how i could open the door. I tryed poison,
poison breath and poison cloud, but it didnt open the door. The text on the door isnt translated and i have no idea what language it is, so i dont have any hint. Please help

They open when you poison yourself in front of them (you can use Poison, Poison Cloud, etc. Anything that gives you a poison effect should work)
The text on the door will become readable after you accept the "Archeology" quest from Salem. It's available from Reputation 3 I think.
