Void Lens Location

is there a way to tell where the void lens is by the cycle count?

i'm not sure if this'll help, but i managed to find the void lens in the desert area near where the teleporter (if that's what it's called) is

I think the guaranteed spawn there is patched by now...? but thanks either way!
