Mystery Code?

Fellow Dread Dawn enthusiasts, I request your help to solve this mystery;
I discovered a locked room which requires a code I haven't found, following the main quest in the campaign with James brings you close to this spot (it's an apartment near the military airstrike event zone next to the concert area).

The answer is always nearby, have you tried looking around on the walls / floor or listening in to the NPCs conversation to see if they just blurt it out during the dialogue?

The code is 1888, you can hear it from one NPC in the next building to the north. same building of the fetch meat quest.
