[Act III] Where to find silver ore?

Hi,

I can't find where to buy silver Ore in Act III of the witcher, I think I tried all the merchants, can't find one.

Note that I play in Dark mode with FCR enabled.

I need something like 34 silver ore and can't find any.

Good luck getting that much. You can probably get it from Ban Ard, or the guy behind him in the kitchen area.

Why do you need so much silver ore in act III? If you can find at least one merchant to buy it from they restock themselves if you go a short distance away from them.

Probably for the Kinslayer set, but I don't think it ever needed that much.

The sword require 30 (the set in dark mode) and I need 4 more for the armor.

He's using FCR2, I gave up on the mod before I got out of the Prologue so maybe it ups the resource cost by a huge amount.

I've never heard anything about FCR2 changing crafting diagrams though, be it in the changelog or otherwise. I suppose it's possible though.

But the problem is... I can't find any merchant who sells silver ore...

Interesting. Apparently merchants in FCR2 are supposed to carry more rare ingredients than before so when you find someone they'll probably have a lot of it. Bras of Ban Ard probably should sell it I think.

Just found him. He's just passed Triss and the guard. Talk to the guard but NOT Triss. She will advance the story and you'll miss out on some sidequests.
