Cool. So this quest has you get: Warrior nekker blood, Queen endrega's pheromone, Bullvore brain, and Harpy egg (or Rotfiend tongue).
I've killed a lot of Bullvore but I never got a brain.
So google says to check the sewers under Loc Muinne. Nothing but necrophages.
There's also a locked gate revealing more sewers but I can't find anything for a second entrance or the whereabouts of the key.
A little help?

Your best bet is to find a bullvore in chapter the 2 caves outside of Loc Muinne, but I am not sure if there is a Bullvore there.

I'm at Chapter 3 so it's a lost cause, I suppose.

Are you sure you don't have it already in your inventory? Dumb as it sounds I was running around looking for it also, and then I looked at my inventory and low and behold I already had it. But then again I killed everything and collected just about everything cause I figured somewhere down the road it would be needed.

If you can't find one, chances are you won't be able to complete the quest.

It is not the end of the world if you do not do the quest since there are 2 other swords just as powerful that you can find in chapter 3.

Caerme is only one of the best 3 swords in the game :P
