The main one was Smoothness=0, I then adjusted the ingame settings and now its perfect. I pasted the whole section as I am guessing my adjusted ingame settings show here as well. After this try with V-sync on and off to see if you get any difference.

(By the way, the menus are abject. What the hell were the developers thinking when they did this? That we were having way too much fun and didn't deserve such happiness?)
Years ago, I switched to having mouse smoothing off, and over a few weeks I got used to that. Now when I play games like Payday 2 or Witcher, it didn't 'feel' laggy anymore, because I was used to the linear mouse input, where as before, I was going from having smoothed mouse input on the windows desktop to having linear mouse input in the games, and it was very jarring and uncomfortable.
Dude, this is a 6 year old thread. Are you serious? I still get notifications from this thread and it's quite hilarious to be honest.
