Where is Sile!!?!?

I am trying to do the Kayran mission and i am stuck. I found Sile by the docks to start the mission, then I went to investigate the boat under the broken bridge with Triss. After investigating the mucus, she told me that I should make a poition to counter the poison. I already had the ingredients to make a poition, so i did that right away. On my way back to the docks, I decided to stop in with Cedric to see if he had anything else usefull to tell me. He told me where to find the ingredient to make the potion that I already had. I went to the cave and collected the ingredient and even made a couple of more potions but I cant get the quest to advance any further. I looked around for Sila or anybody that would make his quest advance but the compass keeps pointing back to the caves that Cedric told me about. Where can I find Sila or the Kayran or anything to keep the game going?

Yes, you need to go upstairs in the tavern. You can reach her from inside the tavern, rather, you have to use the staircase outside to get up to her.

I went up there but she's no where to be found. I spent quite some time looking for her outside and decided to come back up the tavern and she's there. Demn. Where'd she go? Under the bed? Haha

Sile has shady goings-on that she tends to. Also, she could just be asleep on her bed
