Configurator don't see Text and Voice options

And game starts in English, but I need a Russian language. How to fix it?

I'm not 100% sure if this will fix it. However try on Steam: Library -->Right click Witcher 2 --> Properties --> Languages --> Pick your choice then close. It should then start downloading about 300mb. Which I can only assume to be the language pack.

I was playing around because I have no text/voice at all so I never let it download French. A possible solution ?

After the file is downloaded did you reopen the configurator to see if there are now options to change text/voice?

yes there was nothing to choose from.
I solved in more manual way. I renamed the pl0 files into en0 files (you need keep the pl0 files as well). That solved the problem with polish voiceovers.
You need to have both language version files: delete the english and make copies of pl0 and rename them to en0
