mfc100u.dll is missing
Can't start the game because mfc100u.dll is missing... Haven't found a solution for it online..

one of your C++ libraries didnt install - try doing it manually. go to
Steam\steamapps\common\the witcher 2\redist and run vcredist_x86.exe

or right click on the game and do the verify integrity of game cache.
