Troll Trouble, broken?

Hi there guys, I am on my own in Flotsam to ♥♥♥♥ around ant wanted to do some side quests. I'm sutck witn "troll trouble". I spoke to zoltan and sile but no one says anything related to the head of the she-troll, I dont know what to do :/

Anyone knows a fix?



PD: I dont own the game on Steam, I do own it on GOG, Thanks

I remember you must win someone in the dice game. And then you can ask this npc give you the head of the she troll. You can find the details in wiki. Google it!

I found the head, but nothing happens, no text nor dialouges about the head start neither with the guy in the cottage nor sile or zoltan

I think I know what happened, I might (I did) accidentally talked to him again and pressed I changed my mind you need to die, there is where i messed up. I rolled back lost quiet a bit of progress but nothing major
