No trainer but at the nexus there are God Mode mods.

Because i got stuck even on easy and it was driving me insane i rarely give up or cheat but this time it had to be done

Oh wow, needing a cheat for a Witcher game. That is sad. Combat sucks in all three games but you do eventually get the hang of it and really don't need to cheat to beat it.
