Choppy cutscenes and kill scenes
The game runs great at 60fps on high settings, but whenever I encounter one of these scenes the video and audio become choppy. It can be rectified by quickly Alt-tabbing out and entering the game again, but I don't want to have to do this all game.

Any help / suggestions ?

you might have alter the settings to and see what works and see if you have got the latest drivers for your graphics card. hopefully you might be able to sort it out. but you might have to lower the specs to solve this problem.

Ever find a solution to this because I have a very similar, if not the same, problem?? Game runs great in general then the cutscene stop and start and are glitchy. Real shame because I don't want to miss out on the story :(

Just go through the advanced settings again and tweak a few of the video options. It's just a performance thing - I have had this on both of my machines that would run the game at 60+ fps outside cutscenes, and turning down a couple of the cutscene/cinematic options is enough for it to run at a perfect framerate throughout.

The solution which worked for me is disabling "Cinematic Depth of Field". Then cutscenes have performance of the game.
