Graphics crash on the quest Baltimore's Nightmare

ok just a brieg description: when I arrive on the harpies quarry and I am ready to retrieve the key from the chest ..... I got interrupted by Thorak and his apprentices. -->

A slope leads up in that direction, to a treasure chest. Open the treasure chest with the key that you obtained in Baltimore's house. Inside the chest, you'll find a runic key. Now you should climb back out of the quarry area and return to the altar where you saw the birds. As you approach it now from the direction of the mines, head left along the trail just beyond the alter. Through the stone archway, you'll arrive at the area where trolls live. You should be familiar with them from the Where is Triss Merigold? story quest.

Advance beyond the trolls and follow the trail to the left. It winds along the edge of a cliff where some harpies will likely attack you. Beyond that, you'll reach a canyon and find the ship's wreckage. The first thing you should do is look in the ship's wreckage for a treasure chest. If you are working on the Mystic River quest that began in the previous chapter, you'll update it now by opening the chest. Next, look around the ship and you should notice a wall covered with leafy vines. You can walk through them to find a hidden door. Open it and start inside. You'll be interrupted by Thorak and his apprentices.

<-- from all the guides in my game it is missed the whole walkthrough from above plus I find my self with broken graphics teleported in the place behind the hidden door and can't move from there.

Not understanding if you did all those steps or not? You left out the part where you use igni on the vines in front of the hidden door, Then use the runic key to get inside. If you are glitched after entering, then you may want to start from an earlier save. Sounds like corrupted save to me. Clean out the remote folder of the half a million saves also.
Steam/userdata/userid(a set of numbers)/20920/remote

Delete all but the last 4 is what i do. You will notice that each save has a image file with it.

In meantime I solved. So in all the guides you have 2 options either to tell Thorak that you found something in Baltimore's house or don't say anything. That should work the same for either case and having the same end. But it seems the option not telling that you found the notes it bugs the process so when you are in the harpies quarry and obtaining the runic key from the chest in order after to go to the hidden door the game bug trigers the cutscene in which Thorak arrives and teleports you inside the secret Baltimore's place which results in breaking the graphics and you can't get out or travel anywhere. So the solution is just to follow the 1st Option to tell Thorak that you found some notes in elven language and then everything goes correct.

p.s. perhaps this has happen only to me, but if it happened to others also it is a minnor bug as it conflicts the two options.
