Acorrding to the store page, the game has full controller support. PS3 controllers don't work natively on Windows, but you can use them via USB by using a tool called MotionJoy [www.motioninjoy.com] and mapping it to work as an XBOX controller.

Just be warned, MotionJoy has some kind of malware that opens a website at times. Also it's not plug-in and play, you have to set it manually all the time. I use SCP, and it works fine. http://emulation-general.wikia.com/wiki/SCP_Driver_Package

I recently started using "Better DS3". http://betterds3.ciebiera.net/
It requires the motionjoy drivers, but it's an alternative to the default configuration tool.
It's offline (no ads or pop-ups), uses less RAM, and once you setup your controller it can auto-enable it on system startup or anytime you plug it in.
Slightly more convenient.
