choose any training path sills, but unlock arrow redirection and get +1 vigor from the oher mutagen skill
one point to improve dodge, then take the backstab/violence/whirl/sudden death path to combat acumen, unlock last swordsman ability and put a second point into combat acumem
then go for alchemy, taking side effect 2 and impregnation 2, unlock the rest of the mutagen skills there (via taster) then you can socket power mutagens and put 2 points into catalysis, the rest of your points can go into everything that enhances damage (if you make use of operator&mutagen glitch you can put a second point into dodge, maximize all damage skills and still have one point left)
this maximizes your damage, I hit the very last human in the game for 730 without backstab, your hits kill enemies even if they are blocking
seriously everyone saying alchemy path is useless should just go away, it's the most OP path of all, IF used correctly
