what works:
- NVIDIA blob version >= 331.67 (including SLI in SFR split frame rendering mode)
- AMD catalyst >= 14.4 rev2
- AMD r600 and radeonSI with mesa >= 9.2.1 (best is mesa 10.3git, llvm 3.5svn)

I tried with mumble 32bits and 64bits from Debian repository.

Trying to get mumble overlay to work but it seems the game has a 32bit executable but mumble is 64bit.

STEAM_RUNTIME is enabled automatically
ERROR: ld.so: object '/usr/lib/mumble/libmumble.so.1' from LD_PRELOAD cannot be preloaded (wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS64): ignored.

Anyone know any workarounds? voglperf seems like a fair amount of effort to do and I dont feel like emarking on that build process.

Even without using mumble-overlay its obvious going from low spec graphics to high that there is no or very little difference in framerate.

Edit: Just tried messing with page flipping on & off. No difference in FPS but turning page flipping off caused tearing.

- 1st, tried OpenGL 2.1 and saw it was the worst case here
- 2nd, set OpenGL 3.2 and pulseaudio and saw it was much faster

I don't know what the "auto" option sets on my machine but to be sure, I set them manually.

One small thing happened to me.. for some reason as I was walking up the ladders in the seize tower the "perfectionist" achievement unlocked. I have 0 idea why... I can only assume that some enemies died without me doing anything.

but mesa 10.1 on radeonSI has only openGL 3.1? are you sure you are not running fglrx? or did you update llvm?

GeForce GTX 560 with proprietary drivers

Fresh Install, only launch screen appear. After pressing Launch button, launching screen dissapear, thats all, game does not start at all. :(

Game is missing libcurl-gnutls.so.4 which is not provided by anything in repositories. Would greatly help if it was packaged with the game.

Due to this game does not start (only launcher works).

how did you change the opengl version?

In the configuration utility click Advanced options, in that window there will be an ´extra options´ button click on it. then you can choose the OpenGL version.
