how to mix potions? i try to do momogoose and take the 2 ingreidents put them in the middle but nothing happens

Ctrl -> Meditation -> Alchemy -> choose recipe

tried that but after doing it doesn't show in inventory so i can take it.does not seem to mix.recipe shows two ingredents and a blank circle.

when i press i for inventory it's the frist thing there, the mix shows osmurck,and sclerodorm
but nothing happens when i put them in the middle bottle

This is the wrong way.

Ctrl -> Meditation -> Alchemy -> choose recipe

Now you see that you need 3 (three!) ingredients for mongoose. If you have all three in your inventory then you will be instructed to press "Enter" to brew mongoose.

Ingame Press "J" for journal -> Tutorial -> read Alchemy basics

Go to Alchemy -> mongoose; you see that you need Rebis, Aether, Fulgur. I think you have two of three.

You may find this ingredients in plants and monsters or perhaps you can buy them.
