[The Endrega Contract] Endrega Queen missing!?

Ok so here's what happened. I destroyed 3 cocoons (the ones on the left side of the lake) and them one of the Queen appeared (with a very sci-fi decloak btw). After beating that one i went after the other and i found other 3 cocoons and destroyed them as well but this time nothing happend.

I kept looking to see if i was missing a cocoons but after checking the internet i found out that there are no other cocoons. Is that a know bug? do i have to start the game all over again? (im fine with it but only as a last resort)

I played that part recently and found two queens, just by doing what you did but it took a while and I have a feelig they were quite far from each other. I remember those two, kind of scary fellows... I suppose both are needed for the amulet quest right?
Reloading might do the trick.
They're around no doubt...

Yeah but the queen is supposed to appear right after you destroy the third cocoon right? At least thats what happend with the first queen (hence the sci-fi decloak comment). Are you saying that it spawned somewhere else?

the endrega queen that spwans in the south (west from the waterfall) spawns on a small path, so you can actually miss it because the cocoons are not around some kind of clearing. it always spawned for me, at some distance to the last cocoon though (I think starting from the waterfall, going west, then turning right should make it spawn behind you, but don't quote me on that).
and no they are not needed for the amulet quest, only for the contracts (you get the embryos without killing them). In fact you don't need to start over, that would be pretty stupid, as you can loot a silver sword with 1 max dmg less than the one you craft after the contracts from the arachas area.
