How does the stamina regeneration works?

I just died at the prologue when you have to fight 5 dudes because my character went 30 seconds without regen 1 spellpoint, how does this work exactly?

Also, any tips in general for the insane difficulty? I've beaten this game years ago on my x-box and want to get my achievment here, i don't want to rush, so any quest / item you guys recommend going for?

Vigor regenerates slower when in combat, and there are skills you can put points into to speed this up.

As for quests and items, depends on how much time you want to invest into this game.

Also, never use the menu save option. Too many saves can lead to crashing. And they are hard to delete if there are too many.

Yes, delete auto saves, the game auto saves constantly and they pile up a lot if you don't delete any old check points, be sure to quick save, but the auto saves will eventually start to slow your loading down to a crawl. I suggest you run through the swamp and go to the hospital once you're off the ship in Flotsom, it's not easy, but if you go there you can save before the quest starts and get the best early loot by replaying the beginning up to the hidden room behind the bricks. I have gotten amazing swords and armor in the chest in that room at level 6. Just be careful not to get overwhelmed by Nekkerses.

Well look I'm replaying the game and I'm on insane difficulty because it has 3 exclusive armor, being them (Blasphemer in flotsam) (Traitor in Kaedwen) and (Fratricidal in Loc Muine) throughout the game it levels up the swordsmanship and abuses the YRDEN signal, because it is well stolen, right after attack enemies from the back, because these attacks from the back inflict a lot of damage to the enemy, In short, that's it, the rest is (Armor and gameplay) Good luck Witcher

Well look, I can tell you it's a waste of time. Those Witcher sets cost so much money that you will spend all your time trying to farm up the Orens to buy it. Unless you use some method of gaining more coin than what is normally available, you'll spend every Oren you get on it and it's not even that useful. But that is my 2 Orens.
