Stuck at Secrets of Loc Muinne [Possible Spoilers]

So I solved the first riddle and Im having issues with the second one, because only Cynthia decides to move, the other mage is just stuck?
Using the correct or wrong combinations doesnt solve it.

Why don't you reload your entry to the room, sometimes that can help that sort of problem, sometimes exiting/re-entering the game helps as well.

Reloading to a previous save doesnt help. Same with exiting and re-entering the game

Did you ever get this fixed? This is exactly what is happening to me and nothing seems to be working.

I had to reload to a much much earlier save and it worked

If anyone happens upon this glitch, what worked for me was bumping the NPCs with Geralt, being careful to not enter the area directly in front of the doorway. Door animations & NPCs are weirdly coded, & you can end up trapped in the doorway with them. I would bump an NPC, then waited (almost 5 minutes in the case of the scholar & Cynthia) for them to get un-stuck & go through the door. Knight-dude then went in no problem, waited until the door shut itself, then walked in.
