50 - 60 hours is a lot. I guess I better spend time playing new vegas so i can finally finish it. Thank you.
"pretty much" going by my memory, those damn gamblers and stuff in the tavern, some times side quests are no fun, imo
Cheers to you also.
Prologue is mostly the same with a few minor choices and only 1 true branching point near the end.
Chapter 1 can branch out rather heavily near the end.
Chapter 2 is 90% different based on a decision in Chapter 1.
Chapter 3 is again, some 50% different based on what you've chosen in Chapter 1.
Epilogue is the same.
To see the entire story/game, you need at minimum 2 playthroughs.
If you know the game, I'd say a fast playthrough for 1 branch is 16 hours. If you take your time, I'd say 25-30 hours easily for 1 branch. 60 hours for 2 playthroughs to see the entire game. There will be of course decisions you won't be able to see/experience even with 2 playthroughs.
Thats just what I wanted to hear!
Mind you, whats all the fuss with Witcher 3 anyways? I just don't see the hype I mean maybe thats just preference. Cyberpunk 2077 was a let down (CD Project RED) but still enjoyable. Meanwhile I see playing something like Skyrim to be the most technically superior Fantasy game to make it. Their is all the awards for this game (Witcher 3) and although I really liked Witcher 1 (the timed swordplay and the longer duration potions made that quite a contender to SKyrim, for me) Witcher 2 seems, different, in like a tree dweller hobbit way or something. Bland perhaps?
Well it has been written a lot about W3 to why it received the praise it did but you should also consider when it was released and how it did influence after all Assassin Creed Reboot Origin/Odyssey/Valhalla.
You don't need to play W2 in terms to start playing W3, if you're interested give it a go at W3. If you had enjoyed Skyrim then The Outer Worlds is also another serious contender.
That's definitively wrong. It takes 53 hours and 59 minutes.
