How can I get a draugir armor fragment for the oathbreakers armor

I have missed picking the draugir loot in the beginning of the chapter 2, can I get one after killing the draug boss in chapter 2 ?

Draugir armor fragments drop off any draugir, there are some in the sewer in chapter 3, you can get one when passing through the mist any of those times if you're quick to loot. At first I thought you meant the Draug armor, different breastplate.

in the mist. there's a couple quests where you need to cross the mist(with philipa's aid)... make sure you loot the corpses during your crossing.. You'll encounter a few Draugs through your run-through.
