Report a translation problem
1. You can try to trade with her and see if it shows up in her inventory as buyable, then try to buy it back from her, but I think you might have to go back to a save before you sold it to her.
2. It's not *that* useful. It actually has a curse/penalty against your armor defense on it until you do the ritual with her to fix it. After that, it grants you a slight benefit to your armor.
3. There's some argument about whether or not it affects your base game stats, but it doesn't affect the story or quest choices in Witcher 3 at all, so it's really not that big of a deal if you sold it and can't get it back. Chances are good you'll do at least one or two more playthroughs before you settle on exactly what you're going to do for the one you import into W3 anyhow.
4. If it's a quest item, don't sell it till you're 100% sure you don't need it anymore. There's at least one other thing in the game you'll find that you probably would be better off keeping than selling....
