From what I remember your post-sex convo with Triss is mostly informative. In my discussion with her, I remember mostly her telling Geralt that she'd do everything she could to help him find Yennefer, and she tells him that he doesn't owe anybody anything and that she'd just like to get away with him from all of the fighting, etc. and pushes him to consider that. He tells her that he'd be a fool to not want her (Triss) in his life, and then shortly after that is where you'll actually have to make a decision on whether to go with Roche or Iorveth - that's the main choice you'll have to make at the end of the act as depending on which choice you make, will result in significantly different storylines.
No problem. :)
I've never gone that route - what happens if you basically tell her to take a hike or whatever? :) Like, what does she say to Geralt?
Don't worry about being spoiled there's a lot more to the ending than that!
