how to buff vitality regeneration DURING COMBAT?
how to buff vitality regeneration DURING COMBAT? I have a good health regain value without combat but health regain actually requires during combat. So how to improve that? what equipments/skills required to do that?

Looks like it's only couple of steel swords and the amulet which can be missed on in the early game.

I think there is a vampiric sword late in the game. Other than that the only way to boost regen in combat is drinking Swallow potion preemptively, and also aquiring mutations in you skill tree.

Anyway the best way in this game is not loosing vitality - using and abusing the dodge-roll.

actually I was trying to kill nilfgardians in the mist so that I can gain talent points in ACT 2. Do u know any other way to earn talent points/skill points in act 2?

Killing any enemies gives xp. You will need vit regen less often if you always Quen up before going into a fight. If they hit it off you, wait till you have vigor and reapply it.

If you're trying to farm mist ghosts, Quen sign is a way to go - they're dealing too much damage to counter it with regen.
You can farm harpies in the ravine/near Visionary's home - it is safer, but more tedious. Loot is nice, though.

Farming talent point is tough!! Very little points add for killing multiple foes!! Don't know how to have almost all skill in the skill tree!!

There isn't a way to do that - more than a 100 points required for the whole tree. The only way is to use mods.

Not a lot you can do DURING combat - I'd strongly advise taking a Swallow potion and pair it with White Rafford's Decoction before tough fights if you feel you need more vitality and vitality regen. Also try to keep Quen cast during battle and that will help also.

White Rafford's Decoction
what's this? heard for the first time. How to get one?

It's just another potion recipe. I can't remember exactly which merchant I got it from, but it was definitely as early as Chapter 1. White Rafford's gives you like 50% more vitality, so if you pair it with Swallow, you'll start fights off with a nice hitpoint boost. Now, White Rafford's uses like 40-50 % toxicity, so you'll only be able to take like one other potion with it (Swallow), so I'd say only use it if you really think you're going to need it and be in a fight where you're going to take a ton of damage. I usually just something like Tawny Owl + Swallow + Rook. That's a good potion combo that gives you increased vigor & health regen + extra sword damage which is usually enough to take care of just about anything and you can always use Quen in a pinch to give yourself some time to regenerate health from Swallow.
