Any "Must have" Mods I should get for The Witcher 2?

I have never played the games before. I am not looking for somethings to alter the game vastly mostly visual and maybe clean up some things that in retrospect are kind of obnoxious.

Disclaimer I have never played the games before and wanting to play 2 and 3 before cp2077, kept trying to play 2 but I hate the tutoral but having just finished DMC5 im gonna actually sit down and try to get into it.

Weight Watchers - https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher2/mods/115 - this one is a must have, because the amount of loot in the game is really frustrating to manage, and the mod removes weight for all the crafting materials (just like in Witcher 3). Also you can use the mod for auto-winning annoying mini-games https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher2/mods/646
But to do that along with Medallion Cooldown Reduced (they are incompatible), you would need to merge both mods with the use of this tool https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher2/mods/768
Or just choose which one you need most.
