My W2 is in 1366x768 and still looks pretty good on a 17" laptop screen. Only dropping below 30FPS in some demanding cutscenes. Playing mostly >40FPS.
I'd say your system can handle this game without taking too much atmosphere or fun.
That's good to hear thanks :D
what's your specs?
8GB RAM
Nvidia GeForce 940M
People need to understand what gpu numbers mean. The 630m is barely above the minimum, even the minimum cards listed in the requirements can outperform the 630 at certain tasks.
The 650m, 940m and 950m are vastly faster than an 630m so that does not help in determining how it runs on a 630,
The first number is the generation, the later numbers the model, so op has a series 6 model 30 very low end, the 650, is a series 6 model 50 so its almost midrange.
This is the closet in performance out of everything listed as they have a series 8 model 20, however as it is newer and based on newer tech, it still slightly outpeforms the 630.
Looking at other threads on the forum people with 630m's on the lowest settings are getting anywhere bewtween 15-30, but naturally more near the lower end when the action heats up.
So even if you can put up with low res and detail levels, It depends when there is lots going on if you can put up low frame rates.
That's useful to know, thanks
Good to know =).
I kind of ignored all the technical development since I'm on laptops for years so a 650 sounded just like a minor upgrade to the 630.
Its almost twice as fast.

It can be confusing, they need a better way of numbering as it does confuse people. For instance having the'm' next to it also makes a difference as mobile versions of gpu;s can be up to half the speed of their desktop counter parts,
This is why lots of people have issues with laptops playing games, Its not actually because they are on a laptop, a laptop can play a game just as well as a desktop if it is fast enough, it is purely people often think their machines are better than they are, due to mis-understanding numbers, and not realising what the 'm' means in their specs.
They thinik great I paid over $1000 and have a 960m in, so i can run this game as it says it needs only a gtx960,nope, for instance a desktop 960 in theif gets 50.6 the gtx960m only get 27.8. So while they have spent a small fortune on their "Gaming" laptop, its still not great for gaming. Ideally they need to be aiming for settings a gt930 will handle.
Annoyingly you can't swap any individual parts in my laptop (Lenovo Z580), otherwise i'd have got a better GPU
