Help with defending Brigida in 'crowned witness'?
I'm talking about what seems to be the last major fight in the mission. The one where you're up against a mage and like five other full armored guys, two of them shooting arrows. The fight itself wouldn't be the hardest thing in the world if it weren't for the fact that Brigida dies way too quickly. 2-3 guys relentlessy swing their swords at her while the mage and two archers attack her from a distance, and she loses most of her health in seconds no matter who I choose to go after first. Is she supposed to die that fast or am I doing something wrong? How did you beat it? I'm on normal difficulty by the way.

Lol, try Dark difficulty and get back to me XD
Just place Yrden infont of her, rush to the swordman on your left, roll behind him and kill him off quick. By that time, one of the of the other 2 should still be paralized and cast a fireball on the other one to get him to stop. Then roll to them and f*ck their ♥♥♥♥ up.

@ Twario

Do you have some traps in your luggage? Plant them before the villains arrive - then trigger their arrival.

Wow I didn't know you could use Yrden on her, I'll have to try that.

That's a great idea too. I have a few, I'll try as many as possible

Um, yeah no, not on her, you just place it on the ground infront of her.

Oh. I thought that's what you were talking about since I noticed you can use aard on her when she inevitagbly runs in front of you trying to use it on an enemy, but it has no effect other than turning her light blue. Also, if anybody is still reading this, does the 'enhanced Aard' option in the skill tree improve the chances to stun? If I'm really lucky, I can stun the mage and kill him in one hit.

I finally did it. I used literally every trap I had left before the fight begun and when it did yrden was good for keeping the idiots at bay. The mage had a good chunk of health gone thanks to the trap(s), and the archers weren't really a problem since they seemed too aggro'd by the traps to shoot arrows I guess. Also, rook, swallow, and a whetstone also helped it go by really quick. No more escort quests after this please!

Guys I found the easiest way to beat the final fight with 4 bandits and a mage. When the battle begins run to the path you have passed, simply go back fast. The battle calms when you ve gone too far from them. Then slowly approach to the enemies. You have advantage of area in the woods. That makes a lot easier to kill the bandits. I was lucky, when I approach near them, the mage teleported near to me before the soldiers and I killed him immediately with heavy sword attacks. When the mage has died, I easily killed the two soldiers with shields in the woods and then killed the last two archers. Try this tactic for a easier fight.

After trying a lot, I did it this way and was very easy, thanks!
