Cheats/easy way to beat dragon

I'm stuck on this dragon. Seems like it has way too much HP even on Easy. Are there specific potions I should be using?

I've tried it twice and just put the game down. I wish there was a mode under Easy because I'm just playing for the choices as I've already beaten this game once and I don't really want to spend anymore time on it than I need to.

Just use anything that boost damage and dodge his attacks. What build are you using ?

I went back.
I got all the regeneration potions I could make.
I killed it.

It still took 10 minutes even on the easiest difficulty, which is kinda lame for people who just want to get through it for the story so they can get to Witcher 3.

Also, for anyone reading this I could not get the god mode mod on Nexus mods to work. So there's also that.

Would be nice if the devs could just add a storymode setting that's below easy mode so you can just play for the lore and the choices because honestly some parts of the game were still quite hard if you didn't have the right potions/gear even on easy mode.
