Failing "With Flickering Heart." Big deal?

So I spent a good deal of time getting orens and material ready for Oathbreaker, and finally did it. Then like an idiot I handed Philippa Triss' headband, and right away, I get the "peasants are going to kill Stennis" plot, and Flickering Heart fails. Problem is, I didn't create any saves since yesterday while getting Oathbreaker ready and only save I have before handing the item to Philippa is way before.

I drove myself crazy getting Oathbreaker and do NOT want to do it again. Flickering Heart will be the first quest that's failed. I was reading the potential outcomes, and some of the rewards seem nice buuuuut at this point in the game not very necessary. I also hit level 20 so I'm not terribly behind on leveling either. Can I just let this one go?

I don't care if I don't get a cutscene of banging the Succubus, there's Youtube for that if that's important. I know I can get potentially nice swords, but I've had no problem with weapons especially now that I have complete Oathbreaker set.

Nah, not really a big deal. The rewards aren't worth going back your saves (stuff like that can kill the momentum and mood of a playthrough), and since you don't care about the cutscene with the succubus you should be good.
