I do like the height. However, there is a fallacy in this as well. In real football, you actually either set yourself up several yards behind the line of scrimmage to be able to see & throw above the offensive lineman. Or you throw in between gaps for shorter routes. You can also climb the pocket. Obviously, tall quarterbacks have an advantage here as they can usually see above the offensive line as the center & guards aren't usually as tall as the tackles. Someone like a Russell Wilson or Drew Brees usually sets themselves far off the line to be able to see.
However, this game doesn't have throwing in between the gaps of the offensive line as the AI O line & D line just form like a wall in front of you and you really can't climb the pocket. So you either have to set yourself up behind the offensive line, or scramble to the outside to get a clear view of the field.
Or you can cheat and set your height really high.
