Report a translation problem
The difference is in main character graphical representation - on PS it's a 3D model, while on PC it's a sprited character. I can't say that one is better than the other, they just look different.
The core game is exactly the same as it seemed to me. I compared the PC version to PS Vita version (must be the same as on PS3).
The other notable difference though is that on PS you can buy a second DLC "The Lost Clones", which is not available for PC right now.
