4gb ram?
I thought that on Nov 20 they released a patch allowing you to play with 4gb ram.
But now when I open Ghosts Multiplayer, it says Dirext X encountered a problem
Something like dat.
But i've watched youtube videos of people playing on 4gb ?
Please someone help me!
I've used quite a lot of money to get it and now I cant play
Is there some sort of patch i havent downloaded?

Direct X error has nothing to do with ram. What graphics card to you have? You need a DX-11 class gpu.

Well firstly it says ur ram might not perform so well, do u wanna continue ? something like dat i press continue then open halfway then it says Dirext X encountered a problem

This is not Black Ops 2. Again which graphics card do you have? There is no support for DX-10 or below hardware.

dynamic Dog fur and fish AI combined are 5GB, just upgrade. You need to experience dynamic dog fur.

Intel HD Graphics 3000. I know it sucks, but I've seen a guy play Ghosts with intel hd graphics 2500. So why cant I? I've searched that Intel hd 3000 is an Direct X 10 card, but it says ive got direct x 11 in dxdiag.
Specs
Intel Core i7-2677M 1.8GHz (turbo-boost 2.9GHz)
Intel HD Graphics 3000
4 gb Ram
Direct X 11.

You can have DX11 installed but that means nothing if the hardware isn't capable. You can not run Ghosts on intel HD3000 graphics. Thats why they list minimum spec.s required. Just because the last COD would run does not mean the next will.

So should I get an external graphics card? Because I cant change the GPU on my laptop, its soldered to the motherboard. If yes, what external gpu would u recommend?

Unless you have an accessable slot that will accept an external gpu (very unlikely) there is nothing you can do.

What is ur graphics card? and core? I just realized my problem could be something to do with installation. I realized that i didnt follow the instructions and I missed a Dx11 update in the disk 1. Maybe i should try dat out first.

Shadow_Wave, you saw a person paly Ghosts with Intel Hd 3000?? U my friend are talking Bull@hit. I have a laptop. Inte HD 3000 + an ATI Radeon GPU. I can swith between the 2. When I start Ghosts up with the high performance GPU. Game runs perfect. When I choose Inter HD GPU, the game gives me the DirectX error.

Specs:

Inter Quad-Core i7 2820QM 2.2Ghz - Boosts to 3.0Ghz
8GB Kingston HyperX (2 x 4GB modules)
ATI RADEON HD6870M (1GB Video Memory) - Yes DirectX 11 Compatible Card

Inter HD 3000 intergrated Card (never use it - I MEAN NEVER)
