all perks hack

i've already seen 4 all perks hackers today

1 primary + ~½ perks + 9 specialist kills = all perks

Hes right you can get the perks if you pic hardline as your main perk.for your perkyness.. But also it should not be a common thing to see. only heard of. You have be godlike in every second of the game. So most likely this is a side affect of cheating from the new aimbot just released for this game.

Specialist dont provides all perks. Its 3 perks for kills (expensive perks needs more kills - 1point perks needs 2 kills, 2points perks needs 3 kills...) + instead of all perks at end u get 8 more perk points to spend.

I have seen this a few times. There is a under the map hack I have experianced too.

You don't get all perks. Plus if you pay close attention these cheats have all perks even after dying -- i.e. not on a streak

This perk hack is extremely common. I saw it five times just yesterday.

Thank goodness a FEW people know how Specialist works! It annoys me to see "It gives you all the perks like MW" when it doesn't. It's obvious if you equip Specialist.

you also can get more perks by not using grenades, side arm, and tacticals.
