I cannot join to my friends party.

In all COD games such as Black Ops 2 or Black ops 1 and now Ghosts I cant join to my friend. Neither him. Please help.

idk about the console, but if it's is for pc, i also ran into the same problem. i solved it by having both you and your friend exit completely out of steam and then restarting it. For example, bring up the task manager and click end task on "steam.exe *32". then restart steam and go back on ghost and you should be able to join each other's party. that should do the trick. it worked for me :D good luck!
