Prestige glitch

Are there anyone experiencing this whereby your prestige icon does not change after you prestige

I've never experienced this. Are you sure some or maybe even all of you are just not quite at the END of level 60 with the soldiers? You don't just need level 60, you need to keep going until you're at the end of it like you're going for level 61 basically.

*Drunk Bear* No, that is not the case...I hit level 60 and it shows me as prestige1 when i goto create a soldier...But in the lobby it shows 5 star gen! It didnt unlock nothing..And i keep playing(basically for the heck of it)And at the end of every game it show 0 xp points to level 60 when thats where im at! I have contacted activision and they had me take screen shots of it and said they would get back to me when fixed..that has been over two weeks ago..My question is what are they gonna do about all my lost gameplay? They really are idiots! A major software company and they cant fix this simple problem....♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

You have to select your new solder while in the edit mode i think

I saw the same with one of my friends yesterday, he went from 3rd to 4th prestige and icon stayed the same. I don't know if he used the exact next soldier or one of the higher ones...
