Is it Possible to use PS3 Controller for COD Ghosts with PS3 Layout?

The title says most of it but i have got this tool called "Better DS3" and it works for COD Ghosts but how to i make it act like the PS3 controller normally would, fort example on ps3 the controller has "L1" and "R1" which are up the top for "Aim Down Sight" and "Fire" with "L2" and "R2 which is "Grenade" and "Special Grenade" but when i play it is the same controls as Xbox. It annoys me because i don't play Xbox much(Not Hating) and i am not used to it.

Someone Please Give Advice!

I downloaded Better DS3 so I could help you out. Pretty easy to get it working the way you want. With Better DS3 open I created a new profile for Xinput, autofilled it with the xbox 360 controls. Then I just switched the L1 and L2 buttons and the R1 and R2 buttons. L1 should be Left Trigger (Half Axis) and L2 should be Left Bumper. R1 should be Right Trigger (Half Axis) and R2 should be Right Bumper.

You're welcome. I play the game with my xbox controller, but I might try playing it with my ps3 controller to see how I like it. I own the game on the xbox 360, ps3 and PC but I prefer the pc usually because it looks better and easier on my eyes.

I got the Game for PC because it was Only £28 (UK) for the Harderned Edition with Season Pass and it's the latest Call Of Duty. btw I think Ghosts is not that good of a Game, Black Ops is Mine :D. You most likely don't care but i just like telling people. Anyway still Thank you for the help, i have been using the PlayStation Controller for years and that's why i wanted to know.
