How do I get the new RIPPER gun?

I've been to the Steam Store and can't find the new RIPPER gun for sale. How do I get one?

It is for season pass holders only at the moment - when you purchase that in the steam store, then it will unlock ingame. The DLC pack Devastation that includes the Ripper will not be out for another month on PC so just wait if you are not going to be buying all the DLC.
The other way to get it is kill someone using it and pick it up...

You can buy the Season Pass to access it early, or alternatively, buy the Devestation DLC when it comes out in about 3 weeks or so.
