Help me with the language pack, please.

I`d bought my CoD Ghosts when I had a flight to Moscow because it was rather cheap, but then I realized that I should had not. It was a russian edition, but i thought that I could change the language pack in Steam. BUT I CAN`T. The language settings for this game are merely not available, so don`t advise me to change language in Steam game library.
The only one solution is to overwrite language files in CoD folder.
Please, men. Upload those files (the "english" folder). I can even play with russian text, I can understand slavic languages a bit, but I CAN NOT play with that terrible voice localization, it is just AWFUL.
PLEEEEAAAASE, upload those files (.rar or unpacked ones - it does not matter) or give me the link to download.

It goes like this. Lets say I wanted to make money selling CoD Ghost. I could just buy 100 copies of Ghost from Russia because lets say there $5 okay there. I sell them for $15. And if you could change the laguage you see how many people would be buying and selling??? That is way you can't change the laguage.

Just like anything else in life, there are ways to solving problems the 'outside' or 'unofficial' way, and just like everything else in life, these are done 'outside' official channels off the record. So, for your suggested way, I'm afraid not on the official Steam forums - if you wanna solve it on Steam -contact Steam. By right, by contacting Steam officials (I can't remember how, but I had one of this 'purchase while overseas' inquiries before), they should be able to look into the problem.

My CS:S was purchased in a different zone and I am unable to even open the game to start with (I would be happier if I could still play in a different language). That experience taught me to not purchase anything on Steam while I am overseas.

I have had fellow forumers in other games (which I legitly bought) help solve my technical problems by taking short cuts sharing their game files/folders - which worked - and I own a working legit game which I paid for in the end (which is clearly what you want). The difference is in my situation, OBVIOUSLY we eventually took the sorting out outside official channels, and since I asked POLITELY, there were a few people who offered to help immediately.

I'm sure there are already many people who instantly sympathized with you and are offering to help you out now, but if you were more graceful in your cry for help, it could have probably happened way sooner.

Even if you sincerely want to help somebody who fell, but that person is crying out "Holy F*cking Dogsh*t help me get up you stupid man!!!", it does tempt you to kick that person in the f**cking face rather than help him.
I was tempted to help you out much earlier, but your manner of addressing the very people you are asking for help put me off (anyway I'm sure you solved your problem eventually by now)

P.S. Your usage of Shakespearan words like 'thou' and 'thee' in the context of your very badly broken English, sounds irritatingly inappropriate and does make you sound like a stupid f**k.

I could have been way more polite but those guys had stuck here in order to make me angry by their tonnes of simmilar messages like "hey, that`s not legal". Yeah, of course they hadn`t made it to annoy me, but at some moment it even seemed to be true :/ Would you believe I am such an impolite and rude persone? I am not. I just don`t like it when someone sticks his nose into your buisiness and wants to force you see things HIS WAY. That is identical to situation when you want to ask people how to get to the airport, but some random guys harass you and want to force you to take a train (otherwise, they`ll keep annoying you the whole day long), and after an hour you are completely fed up and just ask them to f*ck off.

The Files are still copyrighted and owned by Infinity Ward. Just because you or someone else bought the Game doesn't mean you or he/she has the rights to distribute copyrighted Files.

just to clarify: they scan your stuff and as soon as the smallest change is being seen your account is gone.
