MOUSE FIX !
A user posted on reddit a mouse fix for acelerattion and other issues. It REALLY worked for me and improved my gameplay 100%.

Navigate to Steam\SteamApps\common\Call of Duty Ghosts\players2. Open config_mp.cfg. Change seta r_elevatedPriority "1" to seta r_elevatedPriority "0". That will fix your mouse accel issue.

Turn Off Vsync and Mouse Smoothing !

Also changing the FOV to 90. (IW seems to be pretty tolerant about this)

Don't work for users that can't move or click with the mouse...

I wish more people could find this !

I did several mouse fixes, and one of them worked. Maybe it was this one,

This needs to be stickied and the title changed to also include FOV fix. The game is MUCH better with these fixes.

Turning off Terrain Detail also helps with the mouse issue.

Terrain Detail = Tesselation.

nvidia GTX 780 Galaxy 3gb
8GB RAM
i5-3550 3.3ghz
Windows 7 Ultimate

These are my settings in which mouse wasn't an issue anymore.

Everything is maxed except DEPTH OF FIELD and MOTION BLUR.

Will update on mouse performance with DOF and Motion blur enabled to see if Terrain Detail 'OFF' and seta r_elevatedPriority "0" was the culprit.

I also have the .exe for multiplayer set on LOW priority. Alt-tab or ALT-ESC to set it to LOW priority AFTER the main menu appears.

Just started using the FOV changer and so far I haven't been banned yet. If I am, then Infinity Ward can kiss my ass for their ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

I can confirm that Terrain Detail and elevatedPriority "0" were the culprit.

1.) Set elevatedpriority to 0 as per Original post
2.) Turn OFF Terrain Detail (Tesselation)
3.) Putting multiplayer.exe to LOW priority AFTER the main menu appears will fix the mouse issue.

DOF, Motion Blur, and Distortion are not the culprits for me. All settings MAXED EXCEPT Terrain Detail.

I wanna confirm that Terrain Detail = ON is NOT the culprit of mouse spazzing/acceleration. I have confirmed that it does add to the hitching problem however.

It looks like LOW PRIORITY via Task Manager to the mp.exe and seta r_elevatedPriority "0" to the configmp.cfg is the way to fix the mouse issues.

the most funny thing about that is 99% of the users crying about the mouse accelleration fix using laser mice which have build in mouse accelleration as well instead of using an optical gaming mouse

This fix stopped working for me for some reason. It just stopped. First the problem was that process was set to high priority. Chaning cfg file helped, since it set it to normal. Now it's not working however. Now I have to open Task Manager every time I launch the game to lower game's process priority to "below normal".

I set mines to LOW. Anything above low will ♥♥♥♥ it up
