Your CPU does not reach minimum requirememts to run ghosts

Just downlaoded Ghosts and updated it. its all ready to play but when I click play a message box comes up saying "Your CPU does not reach minimum requirememts to run ghosts". My CPU should be able to run Ghosts however
My specs:

Processor-AMD Phenom II X4 965
Graphics Card-AMD Radeon HD 7850
Motherboard-ASUS M5A78L-M LX V2
RAM-Corsair DDR3 8gb

ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED

get a amd FX cpu if your motherboard supports it and update your bios.

Game wont launch even with that CPU ? I got the same and its a shame for Infinity Ward, first the RAM issue then this.

I get the same error - CPU does not meet requirements.
Minimum requirement states "Intel® Core™ 2 Duo E8200 2.66 GHZ"
I have an "Intel Core i5 760 2.80 GHz"

that´s odd your cpu is way above the minimum requirement
