Here is a working FoV changer, only works in MP though. I don't know if it is safe from VAC - however, it was allowed in MW3.

I wouldnt trust that tool from that site they are constantly getting law suits from activision for reverse engineering call of duty games you can even see the latest lawsuit message at the top of the post, the picture of the tool looks like goes upto 160 fov and it says it may get you banned and may not be vac safe.

any 3rd party helpers should be VAC banned. If it not in the game then your gaining an advantage. Fingers crossed there banned.

This guy is correct tho, any 3rd party stuff will get vac banned. and having a wider fov than anyone else is a game advantage = cheating.

You won't be even banned for hacking (see MW3), not for FOV.
