First we need a Config.cfg file for the SinglePlayer and a Config_mp.cfg for the Multiplayer.

Create a New folder named "players2" place your 2 Files (Config.cfg and Config_mp.cfg) in this folder
Place this "players2" folder in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Call of Duty Ghosts" (for default steam users.)
Now Start your Game, it will ask you to start in safemode say NO, a second message will appear say "NO" again and the game will start.
Change the video setting in the ingame option for your rig and your good to go, do the same thing for multiplayer.
Enjoy !!!


P.S: This Fix is for those that have a COMPATIBLE DX11 Card and that can run the game, It will Only Help the game to detect the right graphic card. If it Dosen't work then you most likely don't have a compatible Graphique Card.

Also Do not click on Optimal Settings as it will reset the .cfg to the default Integrated Card, Hopefully IW will fix this on the next patch.
