BUY MORE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ RAM!!!
Cheap ass PC Gamer!
if you did we would be having this conversation right now!
Google Call of Duty Ghosts Ram Limitation Fix
That's all i can recommend for you to try! but once again won't work for Multi-player only works for Single-player
If you truly have 16gb of ram and are still getting the issue, it sounds like you have a corrupt Windows install. This is particularly common amongst users who have upgraded from a 32bit version of Windows to a 64bit version:

Yeah, don't listen to people that know what they're talking about or have solved the problems. Hit the bricks, kid.
what do you expect IW to magic make the game run on your old 2005 Gaming PC with 4GB of Ram? LMFO!
the rest of us have upgraded over the years so why not take the hint and either go back and play an older COD game or upgrade your current machine!
Actually you could settle with the Console Version LMFAO!
face palm
My system specs are:
Intel i3 3.4GHZ (overclocked to 3.6GHZ), Radeon HD 7750 1GB (Overclocked but I don't know what to), 4GB DDR3 7-8-8-24 Dual Channel (Overclocked to around 1400MHZ) and a 64GB SATA3 6GBS SSD. Running on Windows 7 Pro 64 Bit.

welcome to the party
Overclocking all components to the max isn't the same as optimising your system.
First of all, Ram is the least of people's concern on PC's.
I can play BF4 Ultra with 4 GB ram with a solid 45+ FPS when I am not streaming.
Second of all - Do you know what rest of systems mean? 8 GB of 1333 ram wouldnt be much better then 4 of 2044...... The only reason people need more ram is when theyr doing multi media stuff...
Ghosts is one of those games that should not require 6 GB. Infact, people say taht it doesnt even go abve 3 GB...
@ Captain Obvious seems to be a tech geek, while obviously he's not.
64 bit doesnt mean you require 8 GB, Besides, Triple channel was a failure so I dont get where IW gets this 6 gb from from.
Also,, 64 bits are only what, 2 euro more then 32 bit... plus the factpeople can upgrade at a later point? Maybe thats why people mostly pick 64 bit?
On Windows 7 desktop, nothing special running:

Highest memory usage:
Firefox: ~280MB
Steam: ~120MB
10+ hours uptime and it usually looks like this:

I have the Single Player one already.
