Haven't undestood the ending
So, basically, Logan shoots Rorke, Rorke somehow survives (like everyone in the game, Logan gets knifed, 5 minutes later he's still fighting, he get shooted by Rorke, he still fights, Merrick breaks one bone, he still fights), he takes Logan and carries him, now what? What happens next? What happens to Hesh? What happened to Kick and Keegan? Why does he want Logan? Why not both Logan and Hesh?
I hate the way IW does cliffhangers, I even skipped the last part of the ending because it was shown after the credits...
Can someone explain this to me? MW2 ended in a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ way, at first I thought this ended in a nice way but after watching it on YT with the secret ending I had the MW2 flashback.
Of course I enjoyed a lot the story, but seriously, this ending sucked hard.
They'll do a sequel I guess.

Rorke probably wants to use the same method which tortured and transformed him on Logan. Maybe because you are indead a better fighter than Hesh. Other ghosts see no reason to pursuit Rorke except these two who wanted revenge.

Ghosts 2 sequel hook, kudos for finishing the campaign tho, i called it quits after "legends never die", the story was interesting but with the whole "traitor is hunting us down" and taking away all the freedom the black ops 2 singleplayer brought up... I was just about ready to fall asleep

I enjoyed it tbh, I was glad it was short though (7 hours on Expert difficulty) otherwise it would have been boring as hell.
BO2 had one of the best CoD campaign, enjoyed that a lot, played it again before BF4 and Ghosts launch, loved it.

A Treyarch game I guess.
Anyway I don't care if it has an annual release, I hate when they release a new CoD every year (basically always) because most of the times the new things are the main menu the maps and a few weapons, no gameplay and/or big changes.
Take MW3 as example, I enjoyed it a lot on my PS3 but it basically was MW2.5.
After Mw2 i stopped trusting Infinity Ward, Treyarch right now are the only ones that know how to make a good CoD and a legit great singleplayer experience

This Ghosts gameplay wise isn't bad at all, but in the other things Treyarch is waaay better, especially in campaigns, in this new CoD I liked characters but I didn't feel attached to them, in most of the games I feel empty inside because thinking about the awesome experience you did by playing the campaign makes you feel sad, this haven't happened with Ghosts but it did with both BO and BO2.
I really hope Treyarch is working on the new CoD, IW is losing the ability they used to have on doing games (MW2 was so great, I wish it was balanced...people would still play it)
Several reasons why Black Ops 2's story is better than Ghosts':
- Custom loadouts
- Menendez is a much better villain than Rorke, because his motives are understandable
- Multiple possible endings.
- Playable characters THAT ACTUALLY SPEAK. Seriously, Black Ops (1) was the first to incorporate talking playable characters. What did IW do with MW3? Made their main playable characters (Yuri and Frost) silent again (altough Yuri did speak in a cutscene). Then Black Ops 2 came out, where the playable character can speak again. And what did Ghosts do? Mute Logan. It's a story about two brothers, but one of them just IGNORES the other. Even their dog makes more sound!

Agreed, I really hope the next CoD SP campaign will be like BO2, as I said in the other post I enjoyed it a lot.
Well, one could guess that in Ghosts 2 we will play as Hesh going to rescue poor Logan being brain washed by the vilain, brain wash him again to bring him back from the dark side and in a final epic battle, they are reunited together to kill the bad guy and then pay tribute in loving memories of there beloved father that was killed by the vilain... or the father is not dead after all and will come back as an uber ghost to help his sons or we will discover that he is on the vilain side from the beginning.

I still don't get how he survived.

Just some Deus Ex Machina to make a sequel hook, chances are he won't appear in-game anymore until the final mission of Ghosts 3 just like they did with Makarov
I just assumed he hada hard on for Logan. Throughout the game he wants Logan. Even in the plane scene Logan gets told to come find him, that there's always room for 1 more.
