Is there a term for "Hei Dian" in English

Well "Hei Dian" is a Chinese word literally meaning "Black Store", in games this term just means a group of friends with good communication forming a party in the lobby, wait for someone randomly pass by. In COD games once you got into such lobbies there is little chance you will win, in most cases you will lose with a terrible score because the enemy team always play a good teamwork and you will almost always be spotted. I'm very curious that is there a term for such lobbies in English?
