Will i be able to play cod on my laptop?

Specs:
Processor: Intel (R) Core (TM) i5 - 2430M CPU @ 2.40 GHz 2.40 Ghz
Installed memry (RAM): 4GB
64 bit operating system

I really want to buy it but dont know if it will work. i can play far cry 3 perfectly on medium and saint row the third perfectly on low. Would just like some advice please

If you already have a laptop for laptop stuff, just buy a desktop for gaming. For the same money you will spend on a laptop to play games on medium- low settings you can have a desktop that plays at Ultra settings.
Of course if you travel frequently or have other needs for the portability I understand.
Mac's are not made to game, there's alot of games that wont even run on a mac unless you bootcamp win 7 or something (at the extra cost of the other OS).
