Try updating/re install of the graphic driver, removing the old one and then doing a fresh install.

Did you remove the old drivers first?
The best way is to use the add remove in the control panel and reboot.Run CCleaner inc registry. Then install the new driver, reboot.

it is driver problems, not hardware.
some PCs are fixed by downloaded the latest driver, some are still having small graphical flickers.

sli/crossfire
while some patches & new drivers do address few sli/cfx issues, they are not final yet. performance & stability for spec that has more than 1 card is no where near perfect for now.
all you can do is to wait for later patch and upcoming drivers

for your 1st issue, I still have no idea what causes that (but I'd pu tmy money on driver's problem)

Both Nvidia and AMD remove old drivers first while installing new ones. The days when we had to do it manually are long gone.

A 'clean' driver install is only done if you explicitly tell it to do so.

and thats why there are quite a lot of problems when updating drivers.
ive done a manual install in safe mode every time and never had a problem.
the amount of junk left behind in the registry without doing a driver cleaner pro or driver sweeper is unreal, like 48 obsolete reg files. if you dont do a clean in safe mode these are all left in the registry and can cause conflict with the new drivers.

I removed the previous driver and put the latest, I tried using the default Windows 8 ... and nothing worked, this problem is the game and not my drivers, because if it would affect other games, and not this happening.

Don't use vga drivers from WIndows Update, they are fairly outdated...

only use these drivers. last 15 released show in one thread. make sure you change the settings lappy/desktop etc

1. Backup files in players2 folder especially savegame file.
2. Uninstall the game and all updates applied to it.
3. Install the following before installing COD Ghosts:
> Visual Studio and Visual C++ Redistributable 2012-13
> .NET Framework 3.5-4.0
> DirectX9.0c
> nVIDIA Physx
> OpenAL (Creative Labs)
> XNA Framework for Visual Studio (Requires installed Windows Live Client/Games for Windows Marketplace and SDK 7.1)
4. Install the game
5. Run Steam and the game as Administrator (set as Windows 7 compatible whatever your OS is). Set iw6sp64_ship.exe priority to normal.

That's it. Enjoy.
